Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for global web operations, digital marketing and creative services for a $3B technology consulting and managed services firm. Highlights include:

  • Co-led brand development and marketing communications supporting the $3BN spin-off and IPO of KPMG’s consulting practice—as well as the firm’s global expansion and re-branding to BearingPoint.

  • Built a world-class team from 3 to 23 professionals and effectively managed budgets exceeding $12M.  Capabilities included digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, user experience design, CRM and data analytics. 

  • Created an inbound marketing and lead generation campaigns generating over $40M in qualified opportunities annually.​

National Campaigns

Created a series of campaigns and programs that earned national recognition and measurable ROI. Highlights include a co-branding initiative with -- a website which my team helped design and manage. Plus a digital marketing campaign promoting the firm's involvement in the global concert event, NetAid.  

Video Thought Leadership

Created the firm's Digital Knowledge Channel, a video thought leadership platform featuring industry insights and client success stories.  This series helped boost SEO rankings, digital marketing response rates, conversions and qualified leads. It also led to a cover story in the industry publication, Network World.

Video thought leadership campaign led to a cover story in Network World.

Global Rebranding

Working closely with our CMO and the firm's creative agency, Arnold Worldwide, I helped lead the global rebranding initiative -- changing the firm's name from KPMG Consulting to BearingPoint.  In addition to building the toolkit of brand assets, my role included close collaboration with business unit leaders to develop our positioning strategy and define the brand experience at every marketing, sales and client service touchpoint.
