Building a Strategic Engine for Growth

Working closely with the CEO, led the implementation of a transformational firm-wide growth methodology, redefining the firm’s approach to marketing, sales and product management. The results include a 3X increase in firm-wide revenue over 5 years and a 10X increase in seven targeted practice areas.

Created a data-driven marketing platform leveraging Salesforce CRM, Pardot Marketing Automation, plus an extensive suite of research tools and data repositories – aligning the efforts of sales, marketing and business unit leaders. 

Led the development of the firm's global brand, positioning strategy and growth culture, boosting awareness and engagement among targeted buyers, recruits and M&A targets.

Pivot Campaign

RAPID DEPLOYMENT

In March, 2020, the MGO marketing team initiated a series of 'Pivot Planning Workshops' with executive leadership, strategic customers and other stakeholders to address the emerging challenges of COVID-19. Those conversations led to the rapid deployment of 11 pandemic-response solutions, supported by a coordinated marketing campaign and customer outreach program.
